JoJolion Chapter 30, “Pursuit,” is out in English. We get to spend even more time with Norisuke being a pretty cool guy and we get to learn the name and nature of his stand King Nothing. And as you maybe can tell from the post title, it contains a couple of very interestingly worded lines. To that end, there’s a concept that’s been in the series since basically the beginning that just got a name itself, and I wonder if that’s an intentional reference. If so, who do you think it was? The subgroup or Araki?

I have what I consider a unique thing to be grossed out by. I have a really hard time watching needles go into skin. There’s something deeply unsettling about it, so there’s something deeply unsettling about this particular chapter. On the plus side, more of Norisuke using his stand power. Looks so far like it allows him to make remote control limbs out of the paper thin puzzle pieces that come up off his skin. I look forward to the name of that one.
